Multiple Planning Studies and Renovations/On-Call House Doctor Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA Since January 2013, Jones Architecture has been working on MIT’s campus on a regular basis supporting their Facilities and Project Management team with over 35 small projects in over 15 buildings across campus. Project types include office suites, administrative areas, student collaboration/support/lounge areas, classrooms, production studio, server rooms, music practice rooms, retail areas, labs, entry lobbies, among other programs. In January 2018, Jones Architecture entered into a formal master services agreement with MIT to provide ongoing house doctor on-call consulting on projects up to $5M in estimated construction cost.
