Partnering with Insight and Google ChromeOS, the company launched a cost-effective device refresh using Acer Chromebox CXI5, supporting multiple employee profiles per device. After piloting in five Texas stores, the program scaled nationwide, modernizing 15,000 devices and later expanding to 2,100 more stores. Employees gained efficient access to schedules, training, and apps, while managers could track sales and HR tools. The cloud-based solution improved security, scalability, and device performance.
