Mitani delivers these as value-add items or for private label packaging. Established in 1979, Mitani supplies to a broad range of sectors in the food industry including: poultry, meat, and seafood processors; quick service restaurants; vegetable and salad processors; bakeries; and ready-to-eat meal producers. THE CHALLENGE Mitani needed to overcome a culture in which responsibilities and information were siloed, making it difficult for team members to collaborate and work as efficiently as possible.
