Study approach This case study was conducted for Wiley by the Institute for Assessment and Evaluation to examine the use and utility of WileyPLUS among faculty and students in two accounting courses. The two-day site visit included interviews and focus groups with the director of the School of Accountancy, as well as the primary faculty member responsible for WileyPLUS, four instructors and a teaching assistant, all who use WileyPLUS in their
