The Minneapolis New Public Service Building is a multipurpose office building on a city owned site near the existing city hall. The new 250,000ft 2 will consolidate a number of city departments and services and serve as a centralized campus environment combining public and private areas. The building also includes a forensic laboratory for the Minneapolis Police Department, ballistic range and local Juvenile Protection Service together with flexible conference rooms of varying size for community use in the public service area at street and skyway levels.
