A longstanding client engagement, delivering significant savings, improved throughput and better user-experience, for a national retail vehicle company. As was the case for most local companies in 2011, the client, a leading South African Motor and Car Hire Group, was running separate voice and data networks. Telkom line infrastructure was in place for voice, and costs were being managed by utilising cellular least cost routing. The company was running point-to-point “Diginet” links into its car dealerships and car rental offices countrywide.
