Location Fort Pierce, FL Size 131,750 sf Roof System SS 360 Wall System Kirby Rib II Maverick Boat Group This new Maverick Boat Group facility is only half of what will eventually be built on their site. Currently this 131,750 sf facility is a single sloped 125 feet wide by 825 feet long Kirby pre- engineered building with an eave height of 28 feet and a 1 in 12 roof slope. Additionally it has an open lean-to at 30 feet wide x 850 feet long. The roof is Galvalume SS 360 with KRII Kynar finished wall panels. The building has multiple roof curbs for heavy equipment and multiple cranes throughout the facility. As part of the expansion, the company was able to add more than 100 new jobs in St. Lucie County and planned to roll more than 1,500 new boats off its assembly line within the firs
