Martin Mere Thanks to a generous donation of Sadolin woodcare products from Crown Paints, a stunning new timber clad cafe at one of the North West’s most important wildlife centres and best loved visitor attractions has been decorated to complement its surroundings and was given much needed protection from the elements in time for the winter. The new Mere Side cafe at Martin Mere Wetland Centre near Ormskirk in Lancashire opened its doors to the public this winter. Despite a very tight window of opportunity and rapidly deteriorating weather conditions, specialist design and build contractors Rural Accommodations managed to apply two coats of Sadolin Wood Preserver followed by two coats of Classic Wood Protection to all the exposed exterior timber before the temperatures dropped below freez
