CASE STUDY Mariner Wealth Advisors SITUATION Mariner Wealth Advisors became in- volved with SKC Communications when they began plans to move their executive team and other departments to a new building to accommodate their continued growth. Mariner was to occupy multiple floors of the building that would house their headquarters. SKC was selected in the early stages of the overall building design process to design, install and support the audio-visual system. The early engagement allowed our team to coordinate with the AV vision amongst the other contrac- tors, which resulted in fewer contractor design/ change orders that typically take place in the later stages of a construction project.
