Marine Transportation Masterplan, Dubai The Requirement The vast number of coastal developments being planned over the next 20 years across the Emirates has created the potential for substantive populations to be linked by marine transport. As such, BMT supported Parsons Brinckerhoff in developing the first marine transport masterplan for Dubai.
