It is the ceremonial headquarters of Manchester City Council and houses a number of local government departments. The town hall, which was granted Grade I Listed building status on 25 February 1952, is regarded as one of the finest interpretations of Gothic revival architecture in the world. The Town Hall’s original asphalt roof was no longer fit for purpose due to its age. There were problems with water pooling and water ingress that threatened the fabric of the building and a new roofing solution needed to be found. SIKA LIQUID PLASTICS SOLUTION Repla
