BBHThe challenge Avaya stopped supporting the legacy Index telephone system that BBH relied upon, and with hundreds of employees worldwide out on location working to tight deadlines, BBH faced an unacceptable level of business risk. Withdrawal of support also meant that Avaya would no longer generate licences for the Index system, creating a major fault whereby central processing unit failure would render the sy
