Peter Brett (PBA) | Lymington Fields, London PBA secured planning permission in February 2015 for development at this former technical college site, incorporating 292 one- to four-bedroom dwellings, together with car parking, open space, vehicular and pedestrian access from Whalebone Lane South to Lymington Road and provision of land for a primary school. When development stalled after the initial phase of this project was completed, PBA co-ordinated comprehensive stakeholder engagement to facilitate progress. A subsequent redesign of the site ensured a safer, quieter, neighbourhood feel to the scheme that maximised usable space.
