Luxuriously Eclectic PROJECT: King Street Townhouse, Hotel & Tavern LOCATION: Manchester PRODUCTS USED: HW1391 Versailles Antique, HW174 European Oak The husband and wife team which is Eclectic Hotels commissioned AEW Architects to help them transform a Grade II listed, Italian Renaissance style building in Manchester’s city centre after a 12-month search for a suitable product, but the interior design was masterminded by wife Sally. Since there has been an abundance of new hotels opening in the area they considered it crucial to create a unique product with the highest standards, and the result is both suitably eclectic, definitely luxurious, and also notably personal.
