Lugano Condos Naples / FL Lugano at Pelican Bay is a community of low-rise condominium buildings. Unfortunately, residents were experiencing systemic leaks caused by defective polybutylene piping. SageWater replaced all of the defective polybutylene piping with a modern PEX domestic water piping system. Using our One Call Repipe® process turnkey solution, our expert craftsmen also performed all the wall repairs and painting, returning each unit to its original Knished condition. Additionally, SageWater installed new in-unit shutoff valves and shock arrestors on the laundry, dishwasher and ice-maker lines to bring them up to code.
