PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Loch Ryan Port Development Project was initiated in 2009 by Stena Port (Loch Ryan) Ltd. with the main contractor McLaughlin & Harvey Ltd awarding the dredging contract to Westminster Dredging. RPS Ireland Ltd was the clients engineering consultant. The overall project comprised the construction of a RoRo port facility for the Stena Line connection between Scotland and Ireland including dredging works to allow for safe navigation of the vessels.
