The Project: Reported to be one of the largest and most expensive new houses currently being built in Kingswood, piled foundations were required at this site due to the highly shrinkable clay and close presence of mature trees around the perimeter of the site. To avoid the cost and disruption associated with either deep traditional footings or pile and beam foundations, Housedeck was selected as the preferred construction method.
