Save the Children is one of the largest charities in the UK. With over 13,000 volunteers they helped reach 22.1 million children directly, through their work in 2016. Their mission is to inspire breakthroughs in the way the world treats children and to achieve immediate and lasting change in their lives. A world in which every child attains the right to survival, protection, development and participation. Part of their vision is to create the best possible experience for their volunteers to help them achieve this goal. “We wouldn’t be where we are today without our volunteers.
