August 2011 Roofing Sika at Work Roofing Application Field: Cold Fusion Bonded Built-Up Roof System and Decolights Case Study at Liddall House, MiddlesexProject Requirement This building is currently used as an office block for local authority staff. The existing roof was in a very poor condition and did not meet Part L regulations. A new waterproofing system was required, as well as an insulation upgrade and replacement rooflights. Sika Liquid Plastics Solution Cold Fusion Bonded Built-Up Roof System from Sika Liquid Plastics was specified for the project.
