BACKGROUND Lexmark a global leader in the enterprise printer space has a presence in countries all over the world where it communicates in dozens of languages and across numerous cultures. CHALLENGE Lexmark needed to migrate from an in-house built WCM system to an Adobe configuration (AEM 5.6). They also needed a “soup to nuts” large-scale audit on the AEM migration. SOLUTION 6D Global worked closely with Lexmark’s Architects to review and analyze the project team and deliverables. Focus was placed on Installation and Operations, Configuration and Implementation. Integrate Eloqua and Salesforce with AEM, making AEM the main source for all partner data, which gave account reps greater leverage over a larger set of data and also allowed content to be personalized per partner.
