© 2017 TenFour LLC. All Rights Reserved. THE CUSTOMER This brand name company is one of the largest retail co-operatives in the United States, with 350 stores and over 10,000 employees. The company is comprised of major supermarkets across New England and the Mid-Atlantic. THE CHALLENGE The customer’s existing technology was outdated and consisted of end of life routers and disparate, 15-year old PBXs. As a co-op, several different entities own and operate between 2 and 25 stores under the same brand. Due to this organizational structure, each owner’s technology existed in a silo.
