A large urban housing authority struggled with paper-based records that were hard to locate, slowed collaboration and created compliance and security risks. As shown on pages 1–2, Xerox Capture and Content Services digitized all employee and client files, converting the extensive backfile into a secure, searchable digital repository. The shift eliminated risks of loss, improved compliance, freed physical storage space and enabled faster, more collaborative workflows. The successful project now serves as a repeatable model for other housing authorities.
