Kitamoto City upgraded its entire ICT infrastructure to support digital transformation, enabling local breakout for both internet- and LGWAN-connected systems through logical partitioning and achieving reliable cloud services. The renewal was driven by critical issues such as the need for a three-layer separation in the information system, burdensome Microsoft license activation on LGWAN PCs, and increased proxy load caused by a surge in web conferencing, which negatively impacted user experience. These improvements were overseen by Mr. Ryo Kamiyama from the Administration Management Section.
