KFC Grovebury Retail Park Avonside Midlands were asked by client B&K Building Services to install a Renolit white PVC membrane single ply system onto a new KFC restaurant as part of a larger New Build scheme in which lots of retail units were being built for Grovebury Retail Park in Leighton Buzzard. The KFC restaurant was the only building to have a flat roof in the entire retail park. With a total square meterage of 450m2, Avonside Midland’s work on the retail sector project started in May 2018 and was completed with pleasing results in July 2018.
