Jacksonville State University | Volkert Location: Jacksonville, AL Client: Jacksonville State University This unique project includes the construction of a 440 bed university housing facility incorporated within the construction of a 5,000 seat bleacher and luxury /press box suite addition to the existing Paul Snow Stadium. The entire project encompassed 208,000 square feet. Volkert performed construction management services on this 208,000 square foot project managing multiple trade contractors. The very tight time frame for the completion of the project made it particularly challenging, as did coordinating the work in and around a fully functioning stadium.
