J&A Young - IsoCool Ltd The UK’s largest plastic recycling company, J&A Young (Leicester) Ltd, recently chose IsoCool to install a major cooling and chilled water system at its new recycling facility located in Corby. The plant is J&A Youngs’ first food-grade PET recycling plant and will handle up to 30,000 tonnes of PET plastic bottles every year. IsoCool designed a bespoke turnkey solution for the plant’s EREMA plastic recycling system, including a chilled water system to cool the pelletizer. The system is supported by a high-efficiency packaged AX-A 160 Eurochiller, which has an integral buffer tank and run/standby process pumps, and has a cooling capacity of 138kW at 10oC.
