Project: Islington Wharf Apartments, Manchester Client: BC (UK) Plc. / Role: Joinery Fit-Out Value: £726,000.00 The scheme not only consisted of our standard Joinery undertakings such as Timber Doors and Frames, Ironmongery sets, Architraves and Window boards etc., ... but also a large number of the more bespoke elements of a Joinery installation and items associated with a fast moving Residential development such as this one. These works included (but not limited to) internal Oak Staircases, internal Chipboard flooring, external Timber Cladding and T. & G. boarded Ceilings, Larch Balustrades and Rails to steel supports (steel by others), fitted Kitchens including all ‘White Goods’, Siberian Larch Fencing within which we also supplied and installed a number of Oak Allotment Planters.
