ISLINGTON TOWN HALL CARBON EMISSION REDUCTION PLEDGE ON TARGET WITH LED LIGHTING UPGRADE ABOUT THE CLIENT Islington Town Hall is the civic heart of the borough, an iconic Grade II listed building that is home to numerous council departments. As well as the historic Town Hall Chamber where the council holds many meetings, the building’s public-facing facilities include ceremony rooms and offices where residents can register births, marriages, civil partnerships and deaths. Citizenship ceremonies, Mayoral engagements and other official council business are also undertaken there.
