InterDev Reengineers IT Service Delivery for City of Sandy Springs
When the City of Sandy Springs formed in 2006, the decision to adopt a public-private partnership (PPP) for city services made the city a model for fledging municipalities nationwide. During the rebid of the City’s General Government Services contracts in 2011, City leadership realized that accepting bids on individual services, rather than taking an omnibus approach using a single vendor, could represent the best value to the City.
