The client required an additional on-site temporary warehouse with a bespoke link to an existing building on site. This new temporary modular building was for the storage of flat pack packaging material to allow for the movement of stock in an under cover environment. - The product intended to be stored within the facility was corrugated packaging so it was therefore imperative that the modular warehouse building eliminated internal condensation and maintained a consistent, ambient internal temperature.This particular modular temporary building was supplied on a fixed term hire period for 36 months. - Without needing to invest the cost and time in a permanent facility the client was able to get the dry and secure space needed on-site to store the cardboard products.
