A large nonprofit medical association serving over 125,000 professionals partnered with Insight to modernize its disaster recovery infrastructure. Its legacy DR site was too close to the primary data center, creating high risk. Insight implemented a multicloud Disaster Recovery as a Service solution using NetApp Private Storage, FlexPod Converged Infrastructure, and an A400 All-Flash Array at an Equinix data center. Completed within one week, the move improved resilience, cutting recovery time from 72 to under 8 hours and snapshot recovery from 12 to 2 hours. The hybrid setup increased computing power fivefold, optimized storage by 2.5 times, and reduced management overhead.
