Insight Helps Ann Summers to Welcome the Next Generation of Smart Warehouse Management.
The Challenge In an effort to upgrade service levels in their warehouses, Ann Summers embarked on a £7 million digital transformation journey, appropriately referred to as S&M (Systems & Migration) by the company. The main focus of the transformation would be on improving warehouse efficiency, allowing the staff to sort orders quickly, and making it easier for customers online to determine what was in stock.
