The Results Merchants Grocery increased its pallet load inventory by 40% and increased their FIFO carton load inventory by 50%. Aisle congestion was eliminated by providing a staging area underneath the pushback area; productivity was improved and product damage reduced. The Solution PeakLogix re-configured the layout in the existing freezer to efficiently increase volume by installing pushback pallet racking, pallet flow lanes for pallet flow and carton flow lanes for small items.
