The system delivers real-time vibration spectrum plots without extra servers or license costs, enabling accurate fault detection. Since installation, it has identified thrust bearing damage, crosshead looseness, and worn compressor valves. Standardizing on VC-8000 helps Williams cut lifecycle costs, boost machine reliability, and streamline monitoring across seven compressor stations, with expansion planned to gas processing plants.
