Immunization A Case Study Executive Summary The State of Nevada needed a 3-year Strategic Immunization Plan, and the main goal of the plan was to improve immunization rates throughout Nevada. It needed to be extremely detailed on the strategy side, think about the implementation phase, and align to CDC standards.
