When opened to the public the visually stunning hotel included 311 state-of- the-art hotel rooms, plus a variety of food and beverage outlets and significant conferencing space. Fielders were commissioned by Hines Property Group to supply 9,000m2 of KingFlor® KF57 structural formwork for the development which would be used throughout each floor of the 17-storey complex.
