HRDC provides programs and services in the areas of Housing, Food & Nutrition, Child & Youth Development, Senior Empowerment, Community Transportation, Home Heating & Energy Safety and Community Development. HRDC relies on grants, contracts and generous donations from the community to fund their programs and facilities.
