IESE Business School needed a unified print services provider to modernize production and office printing across its Barcelona and Madrid campuses. Xerox Managed Print Services deployed 108 devices, integrated print and scan workflows across PCs, Macs and mobile, connected the system to the school’s payment platform and moved on-site servers to a private cloud. As shown on pages 1–2, the new model improved security, reduced infrastructure costs, enabled digitization of exams and records and delivered a faster, more flexible, student-centered print experience.
