Houston Mesa Road Bridges - Crossings 2 & 3 Payson, Arizona This project consisted of installing 18 drilled shaft foundations at 2 different bridge locations along Houston Mesa Road just northeast of Payson, AZ. 12 shafts were installed at a 30’’ diameter for the abutments and 6 shafts were installed at a 36’’ diameter for the piers.
