Hornsea One is located 120 km off the Yorkshire coast of UK Location Germany Denmark 25 September 2019, installation vessel Bold Tern installed the last of 91 turbines on Hornsea One offshore wind farm. The complete wind farm consists of a total of 174 Siemens Gamesa SWT-7.0-154 turbines and is the world’s largest offshore wind farm to date. Hornsea One is located 120km from shore which is the furthest from shore an offshore wind farm has ever been built.
