STRUCTURAL AND SPECIALIST WORK This work involved internal demolition and refurbishment, including the removal of an existing roof structure and the reconfiguration of the layout of the school’s east wing. Following the demolition work, a new roof structure, roof coverings and rooflights were installed and upgrades were made to existing perimeter fascias. Building services were enhanced and new internal and external drainage and toilets were installed. Wall, floor and ceiling finishes were upgraded and plastering and decorative work was carried out throughout the building. New M&E installations included lighting, small power, data, fire alarm, radiators, AC and ducting. New internal and external aluminium windows were also fitted.
