SUMMARY Hollywood Boulevard is home to some iconic landmarks such as the Hollywood Walk of Fame and is one of the most glamourous, well known streets in the world 1 . Los Angeles has been going through a conversion period with switching from High Intensity Discharge (HID) lighting to Light- Emitting Diode (LED) lighting 2 . The citizens were a part of the conversion initiative and were able to provide feedback during the extensive testing process, ensuring that both the city and its citizens were satisfied with the improvements of the conversion project.
