Now on the fourth phase of works for the leisure provider we were tasked with creating new wedding facilities, meeting room space and the re fit of nine bedrooms all within a twelve week programme. As with previous contracts, the build phase had to work hand-in-hand with an operational hotel and it was imperative that each element of the project created as little impact as possible to guests and staff.
