HOBNOB Since opening in March of 2016, HOBNOB has been a driving force in bringing revitalized culinary life to the Brooklyn area of Jacksonville, Florida. Originally born from the same team that started Candy Apple Cafe & Cocktails, the concept holds a “global inspiration with local intentions” and features a vibrant cocktail and bar program as well as a seasonal food menu. CUSTOMER STORIES THE GOAL In the past, at previous bars, Marlon Hall, the Bar Manager at HOBNOB, faced high inventory labor costs alongside an annoying and cumbersome pen-and-paper system. Not wanting to deal with those problems at his new bar, he began looking for options within the beverage technology space to handle the inventory process more quickly and efficiently.
