High Bandwidth for Multimedia The Problem The Dubai Mall in the United Arab Emirates is the world’s largest shopping, leisure and entertainment destination. It contains, among other things, approximately 1,200 shops, its own ice-skating rink and underwater zoo. Advanced audio visual systems for retail marketing, customer information and entertainment are situated throughout the mall, including a number of large LED displays (12 meters long by 1 meter high).
