Application Details The customer is a world leader in their field of expertise, responsible for manufacturing magnets for a large portion of the best MRI scanners available on the market. This specific helium recovery application required designing and assembling a pair of subassemblies ready to “fit and forget”. Customer Requirements 100 subassemblies in total – one type consisting of a pressure reducing regulator with outlet gauge fitted, mounted to a specially designed back plate with a bulkhead tube fitting ready for piping in “plug and play” style; the other type is a custom brass manifold block with 3 different threaded connections and fitted with a special scale colour coded pressure gauge.
