Health Trust Releases Cash And Stays Safer
CASE STUDY Challenge NHS Camden is the local NHS organisation responsible for delivering world-class health care to 220,000 north London citizens. NHS Camden ICT team launched a review of the Trust’s voice communications infrastructure and call bill. As well as conducting its own analysis, the Trust asked N3SP for cost reduction ideas. One of the N3SP team’s first initiatives was to analyse NHS Camden telephone bills and call patterns.
