Pentana Risk CASE STUDY Havebury Housing uses Pentana Risk to manage all aspects of performance across the various functions and departments. They have loaded over 2750 Performance Indicators (PIs) onto Pentana Risk; many of these are “feeder” PIs that are used in Pentana Risk formulas to calculate “result” or out-turn PIs. Initially Havebury used the Pentana Risk Imports functionality to import data that had been extracted from the Capita Housing Management system. However, given the volume of data and frequency of update, they decided to instead utilise Pentana Risk Integration, a PI web service updating tool. On a frequent basis, performance data relating to tenancy, property and repairs are automatically extracted from Capita and uploaded to Pentana Risk using the PI Web Ser
