Project Description When the city of Sudbury, Ontario decided to resurface one of its main roads, Paris Street, an asphalt reinforcement grid was specified to reduce the appearance of reflective cracks. City engineers wanted to prolong the life of the overlay by delaying the cracks on Paris Street from reflecting through the new pavement.
