Long Rake Spar - Harrias House Care Home Last summer, Long Rake Spar were asked to supply dried decorative aggregates for DekorGrip’s Resin Bound Surfacing at Harrias House Care Home in Beaconsfield. Harrias House is a registered care home for elderly people and accommodates 16 full time residents. Previously the external pathways were covered with Yorkstone Paving but many residents found this difficult to navigate at times, as a result DekorGrip was chosen to provide a smooth and stable surface. Long Rake Spar’s Grantex products were specified as part of a bespoke blend created especially for the project by the DekorGrip Mixing Team, called Sandleheath.
